A student must deposit a minimum of Tshs. 400,000/= (two hundred thousand shillings only) i.e. US$300 for foreign student as expenses for attending Industrial Practical Training (IPT). The deposit must be made anytime  before  the  beginning  of  the  second  semester. The deadline for paying IPT expenses is two weeks (2) before the start of the said IPT. Failure  to  deposit the stated amount  will  disqualify  a  student  to  attend IPT which will then result into discontinuation of student from studies. The amount above shall be remitted back to student by the Institute during the IPT Session.
