Student Health Policy
All student are required to be members of one of the recognized insurance provider in Shinyanga town. All insurance must be submitted to the office of Dean for checkup and validation. If the insurance does not cover service in Shinyanga, the student is required by this policy to enroll to one of the Health Insurance available in Shinyanga. The popular one is National Health Insurance Funds (NHIF)
The students sponsor, guardian or parent are required to pay the relevant amount required by NHIF for enrollment.
No student are allowed to commerce studies in ESIS if not enrolled with any Insurance institution.
To make this easier a student is required to report with NHIF enrollment fee for one year equal to TZS. 50,400
